It is designed for drift fishing for pike with dead baitfish beneath a pike float. The single hook and treble support a horizontal bait presentation above the bottom, so choose it for a float-mounted deadbait setup.
Choose S with hook sizes 6 + 1/0 for approximately 5–8 cm baitfish, M with 4 + 2/0 for approximately 9–13 cm, or L with 2 + 3/0 for approximately 14–20 cm. All versions are 70 cm long and rated at 9 kg, so baitfish length and hook combination determine the choice rather than strength.
Insert the single hook into the head from above and bring it out through the mouth, then place the treble in the back for a horizontal posture. Moving the treble slightly towards the tail makes the head tilt down, allowing a presentation that imitates a fish searching for food.
