It supports steady retrieval, twitching and very slow retrieval. As a suspender, it stays in place during a stop, so you can include pauses without the lure rising or sinking away. The supplier notes that bites often occur during these pauses.
It is intended for zander and is specifically suited to slow night-time retrieval above rock armour. Its stated diving depth is 1 m, and the built-in steel balls help predators detect it in darkness, making this a shallow-running choice rather than a deep-diving lure.
No, all ten colours share an 11 cm length, 15 g weight, 1 m diving depth and suspending action. Each purchase includes one lure in the chosen colour, so select the finish you want rather than a different size or depth. The supplier gives no colour-specific fishing recommendations.
The internal Cast & Balance System supports long casts even in strong headwinds or crosswinds. It helps when wind makes reaching a chosen spot harder, but the supplier does not specify a casting distance.

The Balzer Matze Koch MK Zanderscheuche is an 11 cm, 15 g crankbait for zander fishing. Its suspending action keeps it in place when you pause the retrieve, allowing you to hold the lure during a stop rather than keep it moving. The supplier notes that bites often come during these pauses.
You can fish it with a steady retrieve or twitch it. It also works at very slow speeds, making it suitable for night fishing above rock armour where zander hunt in darkness. The stated diving depth is 1 m.
Built-in steel balls help predators detect the lure in the dark. The internal Cast & Balance System supports long casts, even in strong crosswinds or headwinds, which matters when wind makes reaching your chosen spot difficult.
