The Balzer Killer Made is a spiral lure (inline spinner) imitating a bee larva — a go-to ultra-light trout lure for pond and lake fishing with a spinning or Sbiro rig.
On the retrieve, the lure rotates continuously around its own axis, creating a lifelike, pulsing presentation. Even cautious trout struggle to resist this natural-looking movement, making it effective across a wide range of activity levels and water conditions.
At 2.5 g and 4 cm, the Killer Made is perfectly balanced for ultra-light (UL) spinning rods. Cast it directly on a light spinning setup for shorter ranges, or attach it to a Sbiro (bubble float) rig in seconds when you need extra distance on larger trout lakes.
