Balzer Ironline 8 Multicolor Wels is an eight-strand braided line developed for catfish fishing. Its high breaking strains give you a choice of strengths, while the colour changes every 10 m provide a reference for estimating how much line you have paid out.
The range contains three diameter and breaking-strain combinations: 0.40mm / 40.8kg, 0.50mm / 51.3kg and 0.60mm / 75.5kg. Choose the 0.40mm version for the smallest diameter in the range, the 0.50mm version for a higher breaking strain, or the 0.60mm version for the highest breaking strain. Each increase in strength also means a thicker line, so compare both specifications with your setup rather than strength alone.
