They are designed primarily for freshwater trout fishing and are also suitable for perch. The supplier lists trout lakes and flowing waters, including stronger currents, so they cover both stillwater and river bait presentations near the bottom.
The supplier names Powerbait, artificial maggots, foam baits and small natural baits. The long shank lets you thread bait farther onto the hook and makes removal after a catch easier, helping with both baiting and unhooking.
Choose from #10, #8, #6 and #4, with #10 the smallest and #4 the largest. Each pack contains 25 hooks of one selected size. The red colour, long shank and straight point are shared, so choose the size to suit your bait rather than expecting a different hook design.

The Balzer Camtec Speci Forelle is a red hook for freshwater trout fishing, also suitable for perch. Its long shank supports bait presentation, while the straight point is designed to take hold on the bite. It suits trout lakes and flowing waters, including stronger currents, and can be used with small natural or artificial baits near the bottom.
The long shank accommodates Powerbait, artificial maggots, foam baits and small natural baits. It allows bait to be threaded farther onto the hook and makes the hook easier to remove after landing a fish. This straightforward baiting and handling also suits beginners. The red colour adds a visual cue to the bait presentation and may encourage bites from trout and perch.
The range contains sizes #10, #8, #6 and #4. Size #10 is the smallest option and #4 the largest, with #8 and #6 between them. Match the hook size to the bait size rather than choosing by colour or construction, which are shared across the range. Each pack contains 25 hooks in the selected size, all with a long shank and straight point.
