The VENDETTA4 casting rods are built for freshwater lure fishing with baitcasting reels. Redesigned 30T carbon blanks combine low weight, strength and sensitivity, helping you feel and control the lure. All five models have XF (Extra Fast) action.
The Custom Abu full-carbon reel seat supports a light, balanced feel and comfortable handling. A split grip made from high-grade EVA provides the gripping surfaces. Ten stainless steel K-Type guides, including the tip, use an anti-tangle design to reduce line tangles during casting.
Choose a model whose lure rating covers your intended lure weight. The shorter, lighter versions suit the lower weight ranges, while the longer, heavier versions accommodate heavier lures. Moving up the range also increases rod weight and transport length.
662M: 1.98 m, 8–32 g lure rating, Medium power, 121 g rod weight and 107 cm transport length.
702MH: 2.13 m, 10–45 g lure rating, Medium Heavy power, 126 g rod weight and 114 cm transport length.
742H: 2.23 m, 20–80 g lure rating, Heavy power, 135 g rod weight and 120 cm transport length.

The 742H is described for twitching, jigging and stop-and-go bottom retrieves for pike and zander from bank or boat. The 802XH is described for pike, zander and large perch in lakes, rivers and canals. The 842XH accommodates heavy lures, including jigs and plugs, for large pike and zander.
