The 2000S is the lightest option at 198g and was described as ideal for light spinning and jigging for perch. The 2000SH keeps the same compact size but adds a faster 6.2:1 ratio and 83cm line pickup.
In this matrix, S models use a 5.2:1 gear ratio, while SH and MSH models use 6.2:1. The 3000MSH also has the narrower 220/0.21mm mono capacity, while the 3000SH is listed with 220/0.28mm.
Yes. The supplier states that the shallow spool designs are ideal for thin braided lines, which fits active lure fishing for perch and zander.
The 4000SH has the highest listed max drag at 7.7kg. The 3000 and 2500 SH variants are listed at 5.2kg, while the 2000 sizes are listed at 3kg.

The Spike Pro range is built for active lure fishing with a light, rigid construction, shallow aluminium spools and a smooth Carbon Matrix drag. Across the series you can choose from compact 2000 sizes up to the stronger 4000SH, with weights from 198g to 239g and gear ratios of 5.2:1 or 6.2:1.
The shallow spool design is intended for thin braided lines, helping match the reel to modern perch and zander techniques. All variants use an aluminium spool, C6 Carbon rotor, carbon handle arm and one-piece Durametal aluminium body.
Each reel uses 8 bearings, AMGearing and a computer-optimised gear design for smooth rotation under repeated casting and jigging. The Carbon Matrix front drag provides controlled pressure from 3kg on the smaller reels up to 7.7kg on the 4000SH.
The 2000S and 2000SH suit lighter perch and finesse work. The 2500 and 3000 variants add line pickup and capacity for broader zander fishing, while the 4000SH is the strongest option in the range for larger rivers and heavier lure work.
