It is designed for sea trout fishing in saltwater when you need long casts, face waves or retrieve quickly. Its excellent castability and asymmetric, unpredictable swimming action suit this demanding presentation. A retrieve pause adds an enticing fall.
The options are 8 cm/14 g, 10 cm/18 g and 12 cm/22 g, with ten colours available in each size. Choose the smaller or larger presentation and match its fixed weight to your tackle, then select your preferred colour. All share the same stated 0.5–2 m running depth.
Yes, each lure is fitted with one sharp Fusion19™ treble. The 8 cm version uses size 6, the 10 cm version size 4 and the 12 cm version size 2, so you do not need to buy a separate hook to equip the lure before fishing.
No, the supplier states that the Spirr contains no lead and is unscented. It is therefore a lead-free option if that matters to your selection, but it does not provide added scent attraction.
A pack contains one lure in the selected colour, with its treble hook fitted, rather than an assortment. The packaging is plastic-free, so order each size or colour you want separately.

The Abu Garcia Sölv Spirr is a sea trout lure for saltwater fishing when waves, long casting distances and fast retrieves make presentation demanding. Its excellent castability helps you reach distant water, while the asymmetric design produces an unpredictable swimming action as you retrieve.
The Spirr is designed for high-speed fishing. A retrieve pause adds an enticing fall, giving you a different presentation without changing lures. All variants have a stated running depth of 0.5–2 m.
There are three paired size and weight options: 8 cm at 14 g, 10 cm at 18 g and 12 cm at 22 g. Choose 8 cm for the smallest, lightest presentation, 12 cm for the largest, heaviest option, or 10 cm between the two. Match the lure weight to your tackle rather than treating these as interchangeable weights at one length.
Each size comes in Dark Sandeel, Light Sandeel, Chrome, Blue Herring, Green Tobis, UV Pink Tail, Bright Green, Purple Poison, Matte Red and Copper Sandeel. Colour is a separate choice within each size and weight combination.
Each lure comes with one sharp Fusion19™ treble hook, so no separate hook needs to be fitted before use. Hook size changes with lure size: size 6 on the 8 cm version, size 4 on the 10 cm version and size 2 on the 12 cm version.
The lures are unscented and contain no lead. Abu Garcia describes the design as environmentally friendly, and the packaging is plastic-free. Each pack contains one lure in the selected colour, not a colour assortment.
