The Abu SÖLV AG2 spinning rods were developed with European sea-trout anglers for saltwater fishing. Their light, slim carbon blanks combine quick response and sensitivity with an action designed for long casts. Flex during the fight helps reduce hook pulls.
All five models have Moderate Fast action and cork handles. The range uses premium 30/40T carbon blanks. Lightweight, saltwater-resistant stainless-steel Fuji Alconite K-Type guides suit coastal use, while the Fuji VSS reel seat provides comfort and durability.
The 273 7-22g is 2.7 m long, weighs 135 g and has Medium Light power for the lightest lure range in the family. The 273 10-30g retains that length but offers Medium power and a 10–30 g rating at 140 g. Both have nine guides including the tip and pack down to 94 cm.
The 303 10-30g offers the same 10–30 g rating and Medium power at 3 m, with a 104 cm transport length. Choose it for a longer rod without changing that lure range. The 3153 10-40g is 3.15 m long with Medium Heavy power and a 10–40 g rating, packing down to 109 cm.
The 333 15-45g is the longest option at 3.3 m, with Medium Heavy power, a weight of 175 g and eleven guides including the tip. Its transport length is 115 cm. The supplier's model name and lure-rating field differ, so its casting-weight specification is not confirmed here.
Every rod separates into three sections and comes with a velvet rod sleeve for transport in a car or backpack. Compare the 94–115 cm packed lengths with your available space, as the longer models also require more transport room.
