The Max STX 30 combines Abu Garcia's Rocket Line Management System™ with a robust 6-bearing design and an aluminium spool to deliver smooth, reliable performance for pike, zander, and sea trout.
The Rocket Line Management System™ works with the Rocket Spool Lip Design™ and Slow Oscillation to ensure even line lay and smooth casting with mono, braid, and fluorocarbon. The system controls line release and prevents tangles, even under challenging conditions.
A lightweight graphite body and rotor keep the reel balanced in your hand, while the machined aluminium spool adds strength without excess weight. The Everlast™ bail system resists wear and bending, and the instant anti-reverse bearing eliminates backplay for solid hook sets. Five ball bearings plus one roller bearing ensure smooth retrieval across all six drag settings up to 6.4 kg.
The Max STX series offers four sizes to match your fishing style:
