The Abu Garcia Beast Casting Rod series is a two-piece baitcasting rod range for pike fishing with larger lures. Across the range, you get strong 24T carbon blanks, a fast action, stainless steel double-leg guides, a light but strong PCS reel seat and dense EVA split-grip handles.
These rods were developed for freshwater pike fishing where casting heavier hardbaits, softbaits and other larger presentations calls for a blank with clear reserve power. The series covers lure ratings from 20-70 g up to 50-200 g, so you can choose a lighter all-round model or step up for truly big baits.
All variants use 24T carbon blanks and stainless steel anti-tangle LTS guides to handle repeated casting and solid fish pressure. The split-grip EVA handle keeps the rod comfortable in hand, while the PCS reel seat gives a secure connection to a baitcasting reel.
The shorter 2.13 m model is the most compact option for lighter lure work and tighter fishing situations. The 2.44 m and 2.54 m models cover versatile mid-heavy to heavy pike fishing, while the 2.59 m version is the most powerful choice for very large lures and maximum casting range.
