No. The supplier describes use in shallow areas and over deep water when predators hunt near the surface. It is a surface lure, so choose it for fish feeding high in the water rather than for reaching fish holding deep.
Use its walk-the-dog action and work it with twitches and short pauses. The cigar-shaped hardbait is described as imitating an injured baitfish this way, giving you a surface presentation with deliberate interruptions rather than just a steady retrieve.
Pink, Firetiger, Perch, Sardine, Shiner and Night all have the same stated length of 7 cm and weight of 8.2 g. The range is listed with UV finishes, without colour-specific conditions advice. Choose by finish. Each pack contains one lure, not the full colour assortment.

The 4Street Top Tock is a cigar-shaped topwater hardbait for spinning for perch and pike. Its walk-the-dog action presents a moving target at the surface, while twitches with short pauses let you imitate an injured baitfish.
Use it in shallow areas or over deep water when predators are hunting near the surface. The important factor is where the fish are feeding, not simply the depth beneath the lure.
The cigar-shaped body works in a walk-the-dog pattern. Twitch the lure and add short pauses to vary the presentation and imitate vulnerable prey rather than relying only on a continuous retrieve.
Pink, Firetiger, Perch, Sardine, Shiner and Night all measure 7 cm and weigh 8.2 g. Colour is the difference between these variants, so changing the finish does not change the stated size or weight. The supplier lists UV finishes across the range but gives no colour-specific guidance for light or water conditions. Choose the finish you want without assuming a different action or depth.
Each pack contains one lure in the selected colour.
