Size selection depends on your soft plastic. For 2–2.5" baits, start with size 4 or 6. For 2.5–3" baits, try size 1/0 or 2/0. Size 2 and 8 are best for micro finesse (1–2") and super-finesse presentations (4"+) respectively. Larger hooks penetrate better but affect bait action slightly.

Yes, these hooks are reusable. Gently remove them with hook pliers and inspect for damage or deformation before re-rigging. Store in a dry tackle box with desiccant to prevent rust. If the point dulls, you can carefully sharpen with a hook file or hone stone, or replace with fresh hooks from a new pack.
