Choose based on your lure size and target fish: the 20 cm / 5 kg variant suits smaller lures and lighter tackle, while the 40 cm / 15 kg option handles large lures and big pike. Longer leaders offer more protection against bite-offs, and higher breaking strains suit heavier setups.
7x7 refers to the wire strand construction: 7 bundles of 7 individual strands (49 strands total). This makes the leader significantly more flexible and kink-resistant than single-strand or 1x7 wire, resulting in a more natural lure presentation.
