The Spro Iris Twitchy JTD DR HL is a two-section jointed hardbait designed for targeting pike, perch, and other freshwater predators. With its suspending action and a diving depth of 2.5 m, it excels in medium-depth scenarios where twitching and jerking retrieves provoke aggressive strikes.
The two-piece construction gives the Twitchy JTD DR HL a lifelike swimming action that closely mimics injured baitfish. The jointed design produces an enticing wobble and roll that predators find irresistible, especially during pauses in the retrieve.
With its precisely balanced suspending ("schwebend") action, this lure holds its position in the water column when the retrieve is paused. This allows anglers to work the bait with stop-and-go techniques, giving hesitant fish extra time to commit.
The DR (Deep Runner) lip drives the lure down to a running depth of 2.5 m, making it ideal for reaching fish holding in deeper structures, drop-offs, and submerged cover.
