The Spinning Stinger is a corkscrew-style stinger rig designed for spin fishing with soft lures and loose body swimbaits. The upside corkscrew and oval split ring secure the lure firmly while allowing a natural swimming action.
Match the stinger length to your lure size: 9.5–11 cm suits smaller shads and soft lures (hook sizes #1 and #2), 13 cm works well for medium-sized baits (hook sizes 1/0 to 3/0), and 16 cm is ideal for larger swimbaits (hook sizes 2/0 and 3/0). Larger hook sizes provide a wider gap for bulkier lures.
All variants use Carbon49 wire with a diameter of 0.70 mm and a breaking strength of 23 kg. This provides excellent abrasion resistance and kink resistance, making it suitable for targeting pike and other toothy predators.
