Sick Braid excels in predator fishing for pike, zander, perch, and trout. The zero-stretch design makes it ideal for jig and soft plastic work, spinners, and topwater lures where direct feel is critical.
For light lures and finesse fishing, use 0.06–0.10 mm. For general spinning, choose 0.12–0.19 mm. For larger lures and pike fishing, select 0.23–0.39 mm. Lighter diameters cast further; heavier ones handle larger lures and cover.
Sick Braid is formulated for freshwater predator fishing. While PE lines are salt-tolerant, this line is optimized for freshwater conditions. For saltwater use, consider Berkley's saltwater-specific braided offerings.
