The Salmonoid SG8 Travel spinning rods are built for sea trout and salmon with light to medium lures. Their four-piece construction makes storage and travel easier while retaining the action and strength needed for long casts and controlled fish playing. The Moderate Fast action is designed to help reduce hook pulls during the fight.
Japanese 46T Torayca carbon blanks with 4X Wrap V2 combine low weight with a crisp response. The specified blank material is 46T Toray + Nano400 T1100G. Reset Accellerator Technology provides very fast blank recovery, supporting controlled lure presentation after the cast. Fuji SiC Titanium guides guide the line, while the Fuji reel seat secures the reel and premium cork handles provide a comfortable grip. Both versions are Black/Silver.
