Zebco Flatty Teaser Buttlöffel (20g, 40g, 60g, 80g, 100g, 120g o.150g)
incl. VAT, excl.
The Zebco Flatty Teaser Buttlöffel (bottom spoon) is a proven, lead-free attractor sinker built for flatfish fishing from North Sea beaches to Scandinavian shores. Its distinctive spoon shape stirs up sand on the retrieve, drawing curious flatfish straight to your bait.
Cast from Germany's North Sea and Baltic coasts, Norway, Sweden, Finland, or Iceland without a second thought. The fully lead-free construction meets the strict no-lead regulations now in force across Scandinavia, so you can travel and fish with complete peace of mind.
As you retrieve slowly with brief pauses — or twitch the spoon along the bottom — the shaped body displaces sand and creates a small puff of silt. This mimics natural bottom disturbance and draws in plaice, flounder, dab, sole, and turbot. Pair it with a long-shank hook on a flatfish or eel-hook trace, loaded with lugworm, ragworm, fish strip, shrimp, or mussel for the complete presentation.
All variants of the Zebco Flatty Teaser Buttlöffel share the same lead-free spoon design. Select weight and colour to match your conditions:
Lighter weights (20 g, 40 g) — calm, shallow water; gentle currents; clear conditions with more subdued colours
Mid-range weights (60 g, 80 g) — typical North Sea surf or moderate tidal flow; all-round choice for plaice and flounder
Heavier weights (100 g, 120 g, 150 g) — strong currents, deeper water, or when you need maximum casting distance; turbot and larger flatfish
Bright/vivid colour variants — turbid or coloured water to maximise visibility
Natural/subdued colour variants — clear water where a discreet profile works better
Variants marked lead-free with spoon shape (incl. current product #198657) — fully compliant for Scandinavian waters; ideal as an all-round flatfish sinker
