The Fox Rage Super Slick Shad UV in Bleak at 23cm is a purpose-built soft bait for targeting pike and large zander in a range of conditions. Its UV-reactive Bleak finish adds an extra edge when light is low or water clarity drops.
The oversized paddle tail generates wide, rhythmic throbbing on even a slow retrieve, producing strong vibration and a lifelike roll that triggers reaction strikes from passive fish. You don't need to work hard — the lure does the convincing.
A pre-cut slot runs through the body, making rigging on an offset hook straightforward. Fished weedless, this 23cm shad can be worked through dense vegetation and lily pad edges where pike like to ambush — spots that would swallow a treble-hooked lure in seconds. A large, prominent eye gives the predator a natural focal point for its strike.
