The Balzer Matze Koch Zander Wobbler UV Booster is an 11 cm, 11 g flat-bill crankbait designed to work the top 1.2 m of the water column — exactly where zander, pike, and other predators hunt in shallow or structure-rich environments.
The UV Booster coating absorbs and re-emits ultraviolet light, giving this wobbler a distinct edge during dawn, dusk, and overcast sessions, as well as in coloured or murky water. Predators that rely on lateral-line and visual cues are drawn in when natural light alone would leave a lure invisible.
The flat (Flachläufer) bill keeps the lure tracking at a consistent 1.2 m depth without digging too deep. This makes it straightforward to work over submerged weed beds, gravel bars, and shallow flats without constant snag risk. A steady retrieve or a twitch-and-pause presentation both produce a responsive, fish-triggering action.
