The segmented tail section amplifies the Pro Shad's natural swimming action, creating extra flutter and flash that triggers aggressive strikes. The joint adds a lifelike wiggle on the retrieve and gives the lure a wounded-baitfish glide on the drop—deadly for pike, zander, and perch.
The Pro Shad Jointed Loaded is available in two sizes to match different prey fish and conditions:
14 cm, 14 g (current product) — ideal for perch, smaller pike, and zander in canals, rivers, and lakes; pairs with medium spinning gear
18 cm, 52 g — targets bigger pike and zander in deeper venues or stronger current; works with heavier rods and reels
