Zebco Flatty Teaser Buttlöffel (20g, 40g, 60g, 80g, 100g, 120g o.150g)
incl. VAT, excl.
The Zebco Flatty Teaser Buttlöffel (spoon sinker) is a lead-free bottom attractor built for flatfish fans fishing saltwater from the North Sea to Scandinavia. Rig it ahead of your trace and let it do the work of drawing fish in.
The spoon-shaped body kicks up sand and silt as you retrieve it along the seabed — either with a steady pull and occasional pauses, or by hopping it slowly across the bottom. This sand cloud mimics natural feeding disturbance and pulls in curious plaice, flounder, dab, sole, and turbot from a wider area than bait alone would reach.
Cast entirely from lead-free material, this sinker meets the strict no-lead regulations in force across Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland) as well as being suitable for North Sea and Baltic Sea sessions. One sinker covers you at home and abroad without any gear swaps.
The Flatty Teaser Buttlöffel is available in a range of weights and colours across the matrix. Pick weight by the rule: as light as possible, as heavy as necessary — you always want firm bottom contact without the sinker being swept around by current.
20 g — calm, shallow water; estuaries and sheltered bays; dab, small flounder
40 g — light tidal flow; inshore marks; plaice, flounder
60 g — moderate current; open beaches and harbour channels; plaice, flounder, dab
80 g — stronger tide; exposed North Sea surf; plaice, turbot
100 g — fast tidal runs; deeper marks from boat or pier; turbot, sole
120 g — heavy current or deep water; offshore and boat fishing; turbot, brill
150 g — extreme depth or current; boat fishing over rough ground; all target flatfish
Bright/bold colours — turbid, murky water
Natural/subdued colours — clear water
