The WFT KG Strong is an 8-carrier round-braided polyethylene line built for serious angling across the globe — from spinning in freshwater rivers to big-game and deep-sea fishing in saltwater.

True Round Braid for Longer Casts and Less Drift

The 8-carrier construction results in a genuinely round cross-section, not just an approximation. A round braid casts farther, peels off the spool with minimal resistance, and — critically — does not cut into lower line layers under load. In current, the reduced surface area also significantly slows drift, keeping your presentation where you want it.

Colourfastness Built In

The yellow colour is locked in with new-generation pigments embedded in a dedicated surface coating. This dual approach slows colour fade by a factor of ten compared to standard dyeing methods and adds a layer of abrasion protection at the same time, so the line stays visible and functional for longer.
