The EFR-II (Even Flow Roller II) line roller with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating reduces friction at a critical wear point, while the multi-disc Japanese oiled-felt drag system delivers smooth, consistent pressure up to 5 kg. The Quick-Set Anti-Reverse bearing eliminates handle back-play for immediate hooksets, and the rotor brake keeps the bail from opening unintentionally during the cast.
