Gamakatsu LS-1050N Hooks - 25 Friedfischhaken
incl. VAT, excl.
Designed for coarse species like roach, bream and white bream, the Gamakatsu LS-1050N delivers needle-sharp penetration and a long shank in a slim, fine-wire build — 25 hooks per pack, nickel finish.
The thin wire diameter keeps weight and bait disturbance to a minimum, making it easier to present small baits naturally. Combined with a long shank, the hook is straightforward to bait and remove — a practical advantage during fast-paced pole or float sessions.
Gamakatsu's chemically sharpened point penetrates the soft mouth tissue of coarse fish with very little resistance. Whether you are feeding maggots on a canal or presenting bread on a stillwater, the point bites quickly and holds throughout the fight.
All variants of the LS-1050N share the same nickel-coated Plättchenhaken (flatted/spade-end hook) design and come in packs of 25. The range differs by hook size, with each size suited to different baits, species and conditions:
Sizes suited to smaller species and fine baits (e.g. sizes 18–22): ideal for roach, bleak and gudgeon on maggots, bloodworm or pinkies; canal and river float fishing
Sizes suited to medium coarse species (e.g. sizes 12–16): good all-round choice for bream, tench and skimmer bream on worm, caster or sweetcorn; stillwaters and slow rivers
Variants without a listed Point Style: share the same long-shank, flatted construction; suitable as everyday coarse hooks across species
Variants with scharfe Hakenspitze / sharp point designation: include the sharp-point specification explicitly — choose these when instant penetration on light bites matters most
