The FTM Birnenblei mit Wirbel (pear lead with swivel) is a versatile bottom fishing weight designed for targeting both predatory and coarse fish with ledger and running rigs. The cast-in swivel makes rigging fast and tangle-free.
The integrated swivel is moulded directly into the lead, giving you a strong, rattle-free connection point. It attaches cleanly to a main-line swivel or a quick-change lead clip, letting you swap weights between sessions without re-rigging your entire setup.
The streamlined pear (drop) shape casts well and anchors firmly on the riverbed or lakebed. It resists rolling in current, keeping your bait where you placed it and helping you detect takes with confidence.
The range covers light to heavy applications across a wide range of fishing styles. Pick the weight that suits your target species, venue, and rig:
