Red Wool as a Visual Trigger

Colour stimulus is often underestimated in deadbait (dead baitfish) fishing. The red wool threads woven into this rig convincingly imitate bleeding wounds or injured gill arches, giving pike and other predators a natural cue to investigate and strike. Matze Koch developed this configuration for his own fishing before bringing it into production.
