The WFT Electra Pro 700PR Bimotor Full HP is a high-performance electric multiplier reel (E-Multi) built for serious deep-sea fishing in demanding environments like Norwegian fjords and Icelandic waters — where depth, current, and soft-mouthed species demand steady, controlled retrieval.
Two Japanese high-performance motors work independently or in tandem depending on load requirements, delivering retrieve speeds of up to 270 m/min and a pulling force of up to 32 kg. This smart dual-motor system also optimises battery consumption, applying only as much power as the situation demands. The result is a reel that hauls baits up efficiently from extreme depths without wasting charge — leaving more time for fishing and less time waiting.
Many deep-sea species like cod, ling, and tusk have soft mouths. Pumping the rod to recover a long run of line repeatedly widens the hook hole, risking lost fish in mid-water. The electric, steady retrieve of the Electra Pro 700PR eliminates this problem — provided the star drag is set sensitively. Five precision NSK stainless steel bearings ensure low resistance during both electric and manual operation. The one-piece aluminium frame adds rigidity under load, while the brass/steel gearset at a 1:3.2 ratio balances retrieve speed with manageable cranking effort. A thumbable free-spool — operable in a quarter-crank turn or manually — gives quick, precise line release just like a baitcaster.
