It is an electric right-hand multiplier reel for sea fishing in Norway and Iceland. Its motor-assisted retrieval, with 24 kg retrieval force and speeds up to 220 m/min, supports retrieving line from depth, while the right-hand configuration determines the handle position for your setup.
Yes. The free-spool FLIP button is operated with your thumb, and a left-side thumb control adjusts electric retrieval from 0 to maximum. Your hand can stay on the rod when responding to changing depth, current or tentative bites.
It holds 360 m of 0.25 mm line or 480 m of 0.22 mm line and weighs 810 g. Compare these diameter-specific capacities when choosing line, and account for the reel weight in your setup. The counter reads up to 999 m, which is its display range rather than spool capacity.
The 24 kg figure is retrieval force, not a maximum drag rating. The reel has a star drag and an adjustable power handle for manual retrieval, taking in 60 cm per turn at a 3.7:1 gear ratio. Use the retrieval figure to assess motor performance, not to set the drag.
The reel retains data during a brief power interruption, so a short loss of power does not erase the stored information. Retention during longer interruptions is not specified, so do not assume the same protection for a prolonged disconnection.

The WFT ELECTRA 700 PR HP Super Comfort is a right-hand electric multiplier reel for sea fishing in Norway and Iceland. Its free-spool FLIP button and left-side thumb control for electric retrieve speed let you keep your hand on the rod while adjusting line release and retrieval. This helps you react to changing depth and current, tentative bites or a developing snag without changing your grip.
A Japanese high-performance motor provides a stated retrieval force of 24 kg and a maximum electric retrieve speed of 220 m/min. Speed can be adjusted from 0 to maximum using the left-side thumb control. These are retrieval specifications, not a maximum drag rating.
For manual operation, the adjustable power handle retrieves 60 cm of line per turn with a 3.7:1 gear ratio. A strong star drag controls line release under load, while the automatic line guide distributes line during retrieval.
Line capacity is 360 m of 0.25 mm line or 480 m of 0.22 mm line, allowing you to compare capacity at the two stated diameters. The line counter reads up to 999 m to help track line released. Data is retained during a brief power interruption. The reel weighs 810 g, an important consideration when choosing your setup.
The torsion-resistant, one-piece aluminium frame supports the drivetrain under load. Brass and steel gears transmit the drive, and five NSK stainless-steel ball bearings support rotation. Together with the adjustable power handle, the reel provides both motor-assisted and manual retrieval for its stated sea-fishing use.
