Robust drive and frame

WFT equips the BC King with a one-piece aluminium frame, a bronze and stainless steel gear set, and a stainless steel spool shaft. This construction is aimed at keeping the reel smooth and dependable when fishing with heavy lures and under sustained load.

Casting control for big baits

The oversized centrifugal brake is designed to help control the spool during the cast, especially with lure weights well above typical baitcasting ranges. That gives anglers more confidence when working bulky pike lures or other high-resistance presentations.

Power for strong fish

With more than 12kg of drag pressure, a 5.4:1 gear ratio and a long double handle, the reel is set up for controlled, forceful retrieves. The 66cm line retrieve per turn supports a measured pace that suits heavy spinning work and steady lure guidance.

A line capacity of 300m of 0.30mm monofilament opens the door for heavy freshwater spinning and light to medium sea fishing. The included aluminium extra spool with centrifugal brake adds useful flexibility for different line setups.
