Built for anglers who refuse to let the weather dictate their session, the Westin W8 Jacket combines a 20,000 mm waterproof rating with 10,000 g/m²/24h breathability — serious all-day protection without overheating on the move.

Weatherproof Construction That Means Business

The outer shell is Toray 100% Nylon Taslan Oxford bonded with a Dermizax membrane and a circular knit back, reinforced at high-wear zones with 500D Nylon-66 Cordura. Every seam is fully taped with Hipster Tape, and a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating sheds surface water before it can penetrate. The YKK AquaGuard Vislon centre-front zipper and Duraflex buckles and D-ring add long-term reliability where it counts.

The high, fleece-lined collar and packable, fully adjustable hood keep wind and rain off your face without narrowing your casting view. A 2-way stretch Toray Nylon rip-stop panel adds freedom of movement for repeated casts and rod work. Four zipped pockets with YKK water-repellent zippers keep essentials dry and within reach, and a drawcord hem lets you seal out draughts when conditions bite.
