Weatherproof Construction That Works

The outer shell combines Toray 100% Nylon Taslan Oxford fabric and a durable 2-way stretch Nylon rip-stop, both bonded to a Dermizax membrane with a circular knit backer. A DWR (Durable Water Repellent) coating adds an extra layer of surface repellency, while full seam taping with Hipster Tape ensures no water finds its way in at the stitching. High-wear zones are reinforced with authentic 500D Nylon-66 Cordura featuring a PU coating and DWR treatment for long-term durability. The result: a 20,000 mm waterproof rating paired with 10,000 g/m²/24h breathability that manages moisture during hard fishing sessions.
