The Westin W6 Popping MH is a spinning rod for poppers and other large artificial lures in tropical waters and other fishing destinations. Its powerful construction helps control strong, fast predators, while saltwater-resistant components suit marine use.
The 230 cm rod has a casting weight of 100–180 g and weighs 436 g. Choose lures within that casting range. The Toray carbon blank is reinforced with carbon fabric in a 90° plain weave, and strong ferrule joints support its three-piece construction. SiC line guides and a saltwater-resistant EVA grip complete the rod.
The three sections pack down to 85 cm, making the rod practical for air travel. A padded rod bag is included to protect it during transport.
