Yes. The transparent touchscreen window lets you operate the phone and speak into it while it stays inside the pouch, so you do not need to open the closure to use it on rainy days.
It is intended to keep a phone, wallet or car keys dry while fishing. The adjustable neck strap lets you wear the pouch around your neck rather than carry it in your hand.
Westin describes the pouch as waterproof and specifies a Zip-Lock and roll-top closure. However, Westin accepts no responsibility or liability for improper use or damaged electronics and does not replace damaged electronics, so the waterproof claim is not a replacement guarantee for your phone.
No questions asked, 30 days to return.

The Westin W6 Dry Pouch is a waterproof pouch for your phone, wallet or car keys on rainy fishing days. Its Zip-Lock and roll-top closure keep the contents dry, while the transparent touchscreen window lets you use your phone without taking it out.
You can operate the touchscreen and speak into your phone while it stays inside the pouch. This lets you use it in the rain without opening the closure.

The grey fabric is 100% nylon and the black fabric is 100% polyester. The straps are 100% polypropylene. Both the window and the waterproof coating are 100% polyurethane.
