Yes. A cooler compartment at the top keeps food and drinks fresh, separate from the tackle boxes and gear pockets. No cooling duration is specified, so it does not establish how long food will stay cool.
The supplier specifies water-resistant materials and a reinforced, water-resistant base, not a fully waterproof backpack. These features help against damp surfaces, but do not establish protection during immersion.
The L version measures 43 x 40 x 26 cm and has a net weight of 1.961 kg. Adjustable padded shoulder straps let you adapt the fit for longer carries, while the handle makes lifting and repositioning easier.

The Westin W4 Backpack Plus is a fishing backpack for carrying lures, accessories and food for a day at the water. Two included Westin Tackle Boxes organise your tackle, while a cooler compartment at the top keeps food and drinks fresh. It suits predator lure fishing, with separate pockets and tool straps to keep equipment accessible.
The backpack comes with two Westin Tackle Boxes B02-706-037, each measuring 36 x 22.5 x 4.8 cm. Four large side pockets, one large front pocket and one large rubber mesh pocket provide separate storage for the rest of your gear. A hook-and-loop tool strap secures tools outside the boxes. Strong zippers close the bag.
The main material is coated, double-woven hexagon polyester. The outer fabric and lining are 100% polyester. Water-resistant materials and a reinforced, water-resistant base help protect the contents from damp surfaces at the water. These are water-resistance claims, not a whole-backpack waterproof rating.
This L version comes in Titanium Black and measures 43 x 40 x 26 cm, with a net weight of 1.961 kg. Adjustable, padded shoulder straps let you adapt the fit for carrying your equipment. A carry handle is useful for lifting the backpack when moving it short distances.
