It fits conventional two-piece deadbait rods up to the stated 360 cm (12 ft). The case is 193 cm long and has an extra-large compartment for big pit reels, allowing large fixed-spool reels to travel with the rods.
Use the carry handle or the adjustable, padded shoulder straps. The side pocket and elastic straps hold banksticks on the case, keeping the rod supports together with the rods on the way to the swim.
The supplier specifies water-resistant materials, not complete waterproof construction. Diamond Woven Polyester and coated 600D Black Polyester provide moisture resistance for transport, but the specification does not establish a watertight case.
It connects separate rod cases together, so you can group multiple cases for transport. It is described as a case-linking system, not as the bag's closure mechanism.

The Westin W4 Rod Case is a hard-shell rod bag for carrying compatible deadbait rods with reels. Its hard case protects the rods against knocks and scratches during transport to the water for freshwater predator fishing, including pike, perch and zander. This Forest Night version is 193 cm long and is designed for conventional two-piece rods up to 360 cm (12 ft as specified by Westin).
The extra-large reel compartment accommodates big pit reels, so large fixed-spool reels can travel with the rods. A side pocket and elastic straps hold banksticks alongside the case. The double-click system connects separate rod cases together, allowing them to be grouped for transport.
The main materials are Diamond Woven Polyester and coated 600D Black Polyester. The supplier specifies 100% polyester and water-resistant materials for protection against moisture during transport. This is not a claim that the complete case is waterproof.
A carry handle and adjustable, padded shoulder straps provide a choice of carrying positions for the walk to the swim. The stated net weight is 1.25 kg.
