The Westin W10 Powercast-T is a casting rod for pike fishing across varied waters and conditions. Its slim carbon blank combines strength for large lures with sensitivity for smaller pike lures. The trigger grip suits baitcasting setups.
This 2.4 m XXH version has a 40–150 g casting range, covering swimbaits, plugs and softbaits within that range. The rod weighs 168 g. Its two sections pack down to 126 cm, so check that length against your transport space.
The handcrafted blank uses Toray® Torayca® Nanoalloy® 55TON high-modulus carbon, Toray nano resin and X5 carbon layer technology. A 4-axial woven carbon outer reinforcement supports strength and sensitivity without unnecessary weight. The matt-black blank has a spigot joint reinforced with 4-axial and 1K carbon. Each blank is individually strength tested before release, and each rod carries a unique serial number.
Tangle-free Fuji® Titanium Torzite® K guides help limit line tangles during casting and have low-profile wrappings. The rubber-coated Fuji® SKTS reel seat provides a non-slip contact surface. Its custom 360° screw-down hood has 1k woven carbon reinforcement.
The custom G-Hyper carbon handle is designed for a secure, comfortable hold in cold and hot weather. A non-slip rubber end cap supports handling, while the Seaguide® stainless DHOOK provides a hook-keeping point between casts.
