The Westin W10 Monsterstick-T is a baitcasting rod for large pike and musky. Toray® Torayca® Nanoalloy® 55TON and X5 carbon layer technology combine low weight with the strength needed to set hooks with heavy lure setups. Its medium-fast action retains sensitivity during lure presentation.
This 233 cm, 5XH version is rated for 120–260 g and weighs 214 g. It suits large softbaits, heavy jerkbaits and large wobblers within that casting range. The custom G-Hyper carbon handle and non-slip rubber end cap support a secure hold when working heavy lures.
The rubber-coated Fuji® ACS reel seat holds a baitcasting reel with a custom 360° screw-down hood reinforced with 1k woven carbon. Tangle-free Fuji® Titanium Torzite® KW guides help limit line tangles during casting and have low-profile wrappings. A Seaguide® Stainless D-Hook keeper provides a place to secure the hook between presentations.
The matt-black blank has 4-axial carbon reinforcement. Its 1+1 construction uses a spigot joint reinforced with 4-axial and 1K carbon, with a transport length of 175 cm. An Octagon Cordura tube and velvet rod bag are included for storage and transport. Each blank is individually strength tested before release, and each rod carries a unique serial number.
