The Westin W10 Finesse-T T&C is a baitcasting rod for soft lures, small crankbaits and Texas & Carolina rigs worked close to the bottom for perch and other predators. Its sensitive, fast carbon blank provides clear feedback from the lure and power for setting the hook.
The handcrafted blank combines Toray® Torayca® 'Nanoalloy® 55TON' carbon with X5 carbon layer technology and a 4-axial woven carbon outer reinforcement. This construction supports a light, balanced feel with strength for active lure fishing. The matt-black blank has a spigot joint reinforced with 4-axial and 1K carbon. Each blank is individually strength tested before release, and every rod carries a unique serial number.
The custom G-Hyper carbon handle and rubber-coated Fuji® SKTS reel seat form the grip and reel mounting area. A custom 360° screw-down hood with 1k woven carbon reinforcement secures the reel. The custom rubber end-cap has a non-slip design.
Tangle-free Fuji® Titanium Torzite® K guides help limit line tangles while casting. Low-profile guide wrappings complete the guide assembly. A Seaguide® stainless D-Hook keeper provides a place to secure the hook between fishing spots.
