The set supplies hooks, weights, beads and connectors for Texas, Carolina and dropshot rigs. These are components to assemble, not pre-tied rigs. Softbaits are not included, so select your lure separately for the chosen hook and presentation.
Bullet weights come in 10 g and 14 g, while dropshot weights come in 7 g and 10 g. Dropshot hooks are #2 and #4, and offset EWG hooks are #1 and #2. This gives two weight and hook options for each presentation without buying those components individually.
Yes, it is intended for these freshwater predators, including dropshot fishing for perch, Texas rigs around cover for pike and Carolina rigs for zander. The offset hooks suit medium-sized softbaits. For very large pike lures from approximately 20 cm, the supplier recommends stronger additional hooks rather than relying on the supplied sizes.
The 61-piece set includes a W3 Terminal Tackle Box with separate compartments, keeping the components sorted for transport and rig changes. The metal components have Black Nickel plating for a discreet appearance alongside dark softbaits and some corrosion protection.

The Westin Rigging Box Perch Accessories is a compact terminal-tackle set for Texas, Carolina and dropshot rigs when fishing for perch, pike and zander in freshwater. Matched hooks, weights, beads and connectors are organised in a W3 Terminal Tackle Box, keeping the components together for rig changes at the water. The set contains 61 pieces including the box and suits beginners assembling their first softbait rigs as well as experienced finesse anglers.
Bullet weights of 10 g and 14 g, rolling swivels and drop snaps support Texas and Carolina setups. Offset EWG (extra wide gap) hooks in sizes #1 and #2 allow weedless softbait rigging for fishing around cover. The 6 mm UV Red glass beads are UV-fluorescent and add a visual stimulus to a Carolina rig, for example when targeting zander over sandy ground.
For dropshot fishing, the set includes 7 g and 10 g weights plus dedicated hooks in sizes #2 and #4. These provide two weight and hook options for perch fishing along rock banks and drop-offs. The supplied offset hooks suit medium-sized softbaits, including Texas-rig presentations for pike around cover. The supplier recommends stronger additional hooks for very large pike lures from approximately 20 cm. Softbaits are not included, so choose your lure separately to match the hook and presentation.
The metal components have a Black Nickel finish. This dark nickel plating gives a discreet appearance alongside dark or natural-coloured softbaits and provides some corrosion protection. The W3 Terminal Tackle Box has separate compartments to keep the components sorted and its compact format fits most fishing bags or rucksacks.
