No. There are 18 softbaits, 26 hooks, weights and other rig components, plus one tackle box. The lures are CreCraw 6.5cm, ShadTeez 7cm and ShadTeez Pin-Tail 8cm, each in two colours with three of each colour, giving you both lure choices and tackle to rig them.
You get four size #2 Dropshot hooks and four size #2 Offset EWG hooks. The lead weights comprise three 7 g and two 10 g bullet weights plus two 10 g Drop Shot weights, so the weight choice differs between the rig types. These are components for assembling rigs, not pre-tied rigs.
Yes. One wormproof Westin tackle box is included with the softbaits and rig components. It keeps the supplied assortment together for transport, so no separate box is needed for the kit's contents.

This 45-piece lure kit brings together original Westin softbaits, matching hooks, weights and small rig components for perch fishing from the bank or boat. The assortment supports Drop Shot, Texas and Carolina rigs, so you can change presentation using tackle from the same box. It is intended for freshwater fishing, including lakes, rivers and canals, from shallow water to deeper edges. Pike and zander are also listed as target species.
The box contains 18 softbaits across three models. You get 3 × CreCraw 6.5cm in Sangria and 3 × CreCraw 6.5cm in UV Craw, 3 × ShadTeez 7cm in Brown White and 3 × ShadTeez 7cm in Pearl White Orange Chin, plus 3 × ShadTeez Pin-Tail 8cm in Ayu Shad and 3 × ShadTeez Pin-Tail 8cm in Blue Pearl. This gives you different models, lengths and colours to choose from without carrying separate lure packs. The softbaits are free from toxic phthalates.
For Drop Shot rigs, the kit includes 4 × Dropshot Hook #2 and 2 × 10 g lead Dropshot Weight in Black Matt. For Texas and Carolina rigs, it provides 4 × Offset EWG (Extra Wide Gap) Hook #2 in Black Nickel, 3 × 7 g and 2 × 10 g lead Bullet Weight in Black Matt, 5 × 6 mm Plastic Beads in UV Fluo and 6 × Rolling Swivel #12. The two bullet-weight options let you select between 7 g and 10 g, while the supplied Drop Shot weights are 10 g. Both hook patterns are described as ultra sharp.
One wormproof Westin tackle box holds the lures and components together for transport and access at the water. The 45-piece count includes this box, it does not mean 45 lures. The supplied contents are loose components for building the named rigs, not pre-tied rigs.
