Westin D360° 11cm 28g - Meerforellenblinker
incl. VAT, excl.
The Westin D360° (360-degree) is a running-line sea trout spoon engineered for coastal spinning from beaches, piers, harbours, and rocky shorelines. At 11cm and 28g, it casts with authority even into a headwind and covers serious distances where the fish are holding.
The D360° runs as a Durchlaufköder — the line passes through an internal channel in the spoon body rather than attaching to a fixed eye. During the fight, the lure slides freely on the line, eliminating any lever effect that would otherwise prise the hook loose. Fewer dropped fish at the net is the practical result. Setup is straightforward: thread onto your mainline or leader, add the bead for knot protection, then attach the split ring — all three beads and the oval split ring are included.
Cast long and retrieve with confidence: the D360° tracks with a deliberately irregular wobble that pushes flashes and vibration in unpredictable directions — effective at drawing strikes from sea trout holding well away from the lure's path. Stop the retrieve and the spoon rotates a full 360° on its own axis, mimicking a dying baitfish and triggering reaction bites when a standard steady retrieve isn't working. The Dull Stickleback colour is finished to imitate the muted, natural flanks of the three-spined stickleback, a key forage species along many coastal margins.
All D360° 11cm 28g spoons share the same through-line running system and irregular action. Colour choice can make a real difference depending on water clarity, light conditions, and the forage present:
Dull Stickleback — natural, muted stickleback imitation; ideal for clear water, bright conditions, or pressured fish
UV Shoeshine Herring — UV-enhanced herring pattern; low-light, overcast, or murky water
UV Alu Oil — UV-active oil-spill finish; dawn, dusk, and coloured water
UV Sinking Wedding — UV white/silver; low light and deeper presentations
Brown Headlight — warm brown with highlight; stained water and overcast skies
Copper Age — copper finish; classic choice for estuary mouths and flood-tide conditions
Hottie — high-contrast warm tones; murky water and aggressive feeding windows
Pearl Ghost — subtle pearl; calm, clear conditions
Real Tobis — sand eel imitation; areas where tobis/sand lance are present
RA Tobis — alternative sand eel pattern; varied light and tidal conditions
