The Westin Carolina Rig Kit gives you two fully pre-rigged Carolina rigs (a bottom-fishing method using a sliding bullet weight ahead of a fluorocarbon leader) built entirely from Westin components — just tie on your soft lure and fish.
Every detail is pre-assembled and matched: a 10g black matt bullet weight slides freely on a 0.34mm fluorocarbon section, a UV fluorescent plastic bead cushions the rolling swivels, and a 70cm W6 ST3 fluorocarbon leader of 0.26mm finishes at an ultra-sharp #2 Offset EWG (Extra Wide Gap) hook in black nickel. All components come from Westin's own range, so breaking strains and dimensions are balanced by design.
The 10g weight is well suited to moderate depths and slower retrieves, keeping the rig in the strike zone on soft bottoms, sandy flats, or around weed edges. The offset EWG hook secures weedless soft plastics — paddle tails, finesse worms, creature baits — for perch, pike, zander, and bass across a wide range of venues. Both rigs are stored on a reusable EVA spool that keeps leaders tangle-free between sessions.
Two weight options are available in the #2 hook size. Pick the weight that matches your depth and current conditions:
