It is intended for trout and light coarse and predator fishing. The size 1000 fixed-spool reel combines finely adjustable drag with smooth running, making it a choice for light setups rather than a reel presented for heavy fishing.
The stated capacity is 80 m of 0.285 mm line. Use this as the reference for filling the spool with that diameter, not as a universal capacity for thinner or thicker line.
The reel has a maximum drag of 2.5 kg and a finely adjustable brake. The maximum is a limit, not a required fishing setting, so adjust the resistance to suit your line and rig for controlled line release during the fight.

The Tubertini Sirio Pro is a fixed-spool spinning reel for trout and light coarse and predator fishing. Its finely adjustable drag lets you control line release during the fight, while precise line lay and smooth running support an even retrieve.
The 1000 model has a maximum drag of 2.5 kg and a 5.1:1 gear ratio. Fine drag adjustment helps you match resistance to your line and rig rather than simply using the maximum setting. The bearing specification is 4+1, and the supplier describes the reel as smooth running, useful during repeated retrieves. Precise line lay keeps the line evenly distributed on the spool.
This size 1000 reel weighs 249 g, a useful figure when choosing a reel to balance your rod. Its stated capacity is 80 m of 0.285 mm line. Use that diameter-specific figure when planning your spool fill, as it is not a capacity rating for every line diameter. The finish is black and gold-coloured.
