Yes, the supplier lists it as a feeder reel for coarse fishing. Its large match spool supports longer casts, making it relevant when you need to reach more distant fishing spots. No specific casting distance is stated.
The Remedy 6500 retrieves 74 cm per handle turn with a 5.0:1 gear ratio. Use the 74 cm figure to compare how quickly it retrieves line with another reel, rather than judging by gear ratio alone.
The stated capacity is 200 m of 0.20 mm line. This gives you a loading reference for that diameter, not a universal capacity for every line thickness. Capacity for other diameters is not supplied.

The Tubertini Remedy 6500 is a fixed-spool reel for coarse fishing, listed by the supplier as a feeder reel. Its large match spool supports longer casts, while the 6+1 bearings provide smooth running during retrieval.
The spool holds 200 m of 0.20 mm line. This diameter-specific capacity helps you plan how much line to load, while the large match spool is designed to help reach more distant fishing spots.
The 6500 has a 5.0:1 gear ratio and retrieves 74 cm of line per handle turn. These figures let you compare retrieval speed with your current reel. Maximum drag is 10 kg, a capacity figure rather than a required fishing setting.
The NCRT composite construction provides stability and resistance to twisting. The carbon handle reduces weight and carries an EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate) knob with a cork insert. The complete reel weighs 350 g, a useful figure when matching it to your rod.
