The Tubertini Catapult Pro X trout rod is designed for large rainbow trout, including the large stocked trout known as Lachsforellen, in larger pond fisheries and trout lakes. Its long handle aids handling and works with the large guides to help achieve long casts.
The large guides stay free of ice for longer in cold conditions, a useful advantage for fishing in low temperatures.
This 360 cm rod has an 18–40 g casting weight and weighs 251 g. Alongside trout fishing, the supplier also specifies use for sturgeon and zander.
The three-section construction reduces the rod to a transport length of 124 cm, making it easier to carry and store than at its assembled length.
