The Tubertini Catapult Sensitiv is a trout rod for retrieving bombarda rigs on trout lakes. Its semi-parabolic action and the blank’s high casting power support long casts even with smaller bombardas, helping reach wary shoals in the middle of the lake.
This 3.3 m model has an 8–28 g casting weight. Choose your casting setup within that range. Alongside trout, the supplier identifies smaller stocked sturgeon and trout-lake catfish as suitable targets. This is a trout-lake application, not a claim of suitability for heavy catfish fishing.
The rod weighs 216 g and has three sections with a transport length of 114 cm. It packs down substantially from its fishing length, so allow for 114 cm when choosing transport space.
