The Strategy Taifoon Float is a two-piece float rod for carp fishing with lighter floats. Its parabolic action supports controlled casting over longer distances and provides a forgiving curve while playing fish.
At 3.90 m with a stated casting weight of 1.75 lb, the rod is designed for casting lighter floats over longer distances. Lightweight guides complement this use, while the full cork handle provides a continuous grip along the handle section.
The two-piece blank packs down to 202 cm. The rod weighs 225 g, useful information when balancing it with a reel and when carrying it to the water. The long transport length should be checked against the available rod sleeve and vehicle space.
