The Strategy XS CMT is a carp rod for anglers who want a shorter transport length without losing the familiar action of a two-piece rod. Its sliding handle section creates a semi-telescopic construction, reducing the packed length to 121 cm.
This two-piece version is 3 m long, rated at 2.75 lb and weighs 245 g. It has six guides.
The specially made silicone grip acts as an impact buffer and protects the inside of the blank during transport. An included neoprene rod protector also provides protection during storage.
The TDG-Sea stainless-steel guides are very light and have a larger internal diameter than conventional ceramic guides, providing a wider opening for the line.
